Located in Alsace, the Strasbourg Eurometropolis has a population of 505,000 and 7,000 employees. To support its various activities, it relies on more than 600 applications. This substantial installed base is also constantly evolving, with a portfolio of projects totalling 450 initiatives, 250 of which are currently underway. To manage its digital roadmap and deploy effective governance, the city’s digital and information systems department chose to combine two solutions: Virage Group‘s project portfolio management (PPM) solution, combined with AB+Software’s myCarto (previous name : solu-qiq) mapping tool.
